Zip2Tax ZIP+4 Tables contain millions of records. Our current 9-digit ZIP+4 Table contains approximately 11 million rows.
Microsoft Excel has a worksheet limit of 1,048,576 rows. Because the ZIP+4 file is much larger than Excel's limit, Excel cannot display the entire table.
Do not open the full ZIP+4 CSV file in Excel. If you do, you will not be able to view the complete table.
Instead, we recommend using TableCruncher, an open-source application designed to work with very large CSV files.
Using TableCruncher to Open Your ZIP+4 Table
Step 1: Download TableCruncher
For Windows, download the Windows x86_64 version.

Follow the installation instructions provided by TableCruncher.
Step 2: Download Your ZIP+4 Table

Step 3: Extract the ZIP File

Step 4: Open TableCruncher

Once TableCruncher is open:
1. Click File.

2. Select Open.

3. Locate the extracted ZIP+4 CSV file.
