Demo versions let you try before you buy!

We expect prospective subscribers to fully understand the product prior to purchase. We offer free demos for testing all three of our solutions:  Online Lookup, Database Interface, and Sales Tax Tables.   Our representatives are also available Monday through Friday for any questions about our products.

API and ONLINE LOOKUP Service Subscription Cancellation

Zip2Tax, LLC will provide a pro-rated refund on the unused portion of a subscription minus a 25% early termination fee, with a minimum refund of $50.

Clients terminating a subscription within 48 hours of the initial order will receive a 100% refund.

 

.CSV Table Downloads Subscription Cancellation

 

Zip2Tax, LLC will provide a pro-rated refund on the unused portion of a subscription minus a 25% early termination fee, with a minimum refund of $50.

You cannot be refunded for tables that have already been delivered whether you downloaded them or not.

Error Resolution

If you find an error in our database, and it has been researched by our Tax Research team, Zip2Tax, LLC will, at our discretion, fix it in the next monthly update for most single rate revisions, or fix it and reissue a new table immediately if for some reason the entire table is incorrect.  Finding an error is not a reason to request a refund.

Make-right options in lieu of refund

Zip2Tax, LLC can, at its sole discretion:

  1. Offer to suspend delivery of the remainder of the subscription until such time as the customer wishes to resume use; or
  2. Offer to extend the subscription at no additional charge; or
  3. Switch the remainder of the subscription to a different service; or
  4. Transfer the remainder of the subscription to a different recipient.
