Seasonal rate changes for Seldovia, Sitka, and Skagway.
An increase for the city of Coosada.
A new FPO ZIP code was added: 34009
Changes to city rates for Waldron, aka Bates, and Midland.
Changes to the city rates for Pacific Grove, San Pablo, Susanville, and Torrance.
Also changes to the counties of Marin and Mariposa.
Changes to rates in Atlanta, aka Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Brookhaven, Winters Chapel, Chamblee, Doraville, Emory University, Briarcliff, North Springs, Druid Hills, Embry Hills, Northlake, IRS Service Center, Hapeville, College Park, and East Point.
There were also changes to the counties of Appling, Greene, Pike, Screven, Webster, and Walker.
Changes to cities of Columbus, De Soto, Hays, and Yates Center.
There is a change to the West Caroll parish.
