    Rate Changes

    "The calm before the storm" is a metaphorical expression that is often used to describe a period of quiet or peacefulness that precedes a more turbulent or challenging event.

    The calm:  There are no sales tax changes to report for December 1st.

    The storm:  There will be plenty of changes effective January 1st.
