The seasonal rate changes for Nome to 5% goes into effect 

Three other seasonal rates for Seldovia, Sitka, and Skagway will be next month.

ALABAMA

City of Blountsville change from 2% to 4%

TENNESSEE

City of Gallatin increase to 2.75%
