- In Alabama, the sales tax rates changed for the cities Valley, Morris, and Westover.
- In Colorado, the sales tax rates changed for the counties and cities taxed by the Regional Transportation District (RTD) including portions of the counties of Denver, Boulder, Broomfield, Jefferson, Adams, Arapahoe, Douglas and Weld.
- In Illinois, the sales tax rates changed for the city of Joliet in Will County.
- In Louisiana, the sales tax rate changed for the parish of Avoyelles.
- In Minnesota, the sales tax rates changed for the city of Owatonna in Steele County.
- In Missouri, the sales tax rates changed for the cities of Mehlville and Oakville.
- In New Mexico, the sales tax rates changed for the cities of Clovis, Jal, and for the county of Otero.
- In Texas, the sales tax rates changed for the city of Houston in Harris County.
- In Washington, the sales tax rate changed for the citiesin the PTBA and RTA jurisdictions.
